After having acquired a solid experience in his parents’ restaurant in Formia, Stefano decided to continue his family tradition in Rome where, together with his wife, he started this unique restaurant serving the best fresh fish from Gaeta gulf. Among the specialties are the king prawns served with linguine and dried cherry tomatoes.
Inspired by a true gastronomic passion, Stefano and his professional cooking team strive each day to offer their guests the best of fresh seafood. “ We cook the fish in a very simple way in order to maximise its natural flavour”, this is Chinappi’s motto.
